PLUSH Boutique does Not offer refunds. We do offer item exchange for equal or greater value as well as store credit which can be used toward your future purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your order.  All returned shipped items MUST have mailing tracking Please return to 5022 Dyer street El Paso Texas 79904 

Please notify us via Email @plushllc@outlook.com, email must include if you are electing a item exchange or a In store credit. If you are mailing item back please include your RETURN tracking number on this email.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect any damage in the returned item or feel that item(s) have been worn we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we have determined that your returned item is in good conduction you will be emailed your store or your exchanged item will be shipped. Please allow 7-14 days for you return to be processed.

 

Final Sale Items  

Discounted/Sale items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return, they are FINAL sale. If a coupon code is used at time of purchase the item(s) are final sale. All bodysuits and swim suite sales are final sale due to sanitation purposes.

 

Orders NOT Delivered or Returned to sender 

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order, in the event your order is returned to use as undelivered there will be a 10% restock fee that will be deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund the restock fee and shipping cost will be deducted.
